Kali Natha Yoga Masterclass


Kali Natha Yoga is a sacred practice that immerses the practitioner in Shakti energy, inviting you to flow in this mystical dance. This bhakti (devotional) yoga practice is similar to a Hatha flow, but incorporates elements of mantra, mudra, meditation, and pranayama (breath practice) in addition to asana (postures or poses). 


Kali Natha Yoga opens you to feel and to be present in the sacred space of your own heart. Our intentional thoughts and movements will coax Mother Kundalini to rise up the spine, activating each of the major chakras and bringing you into a tantric space of blissful awareness.


Yogis and Yoginis of all levels welcome.


You are encouraged to bring to the screen:

1) a yoga mat (or towel);

2) water or other hydrating beverage of your choice;

3) a cushion or blanket to sit on;

4) a covering to keep you warm during our concluding meditation; and

5) any modification devices such as a yoga block, thick blanket, strap, or belt/necktie.


Meet Your Teacher


Molly (Rudra Priya) is a 200-Hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She teaches weekly Kali Natha Yoga and Chair Yoga classes and offers workshops on the lunar cycle as well as the basics of yoga (a non-snooty, low-anxiety introduction to yoga).
