About the Presenter

Robin is a Certified Tea Sommelier and the only person in South Florida to hold this designation. Three years ago, she completed a comprehensive course offered by the Canada Tea and Herbal Association in tea cultivation, history, processing, regions, varieties, culture, marketing, menu preparation, and pairings.

Although a Paralegal / Translator by trade, her passion and calling lie in the holistic community and healing arts. She is certified in several yogic styles; Kundalini, Hatha, and Pre-Natal as well as Bach Flower Essences levels I & II and Reiki healing levels I & II. Former owner of Yoga Journeys, she now manages Robin’s House of Tea, a small shop & tea room where she carries a carefully curated selection of over 50 organic/fair-trade teas and herbs. She hopes to one day, combine tea, yoga, and other healing arts under the same roof.

Robin's business mission is to foster tea culture in our community.  She believes Tea (camellia Sinensis plant) is a healing plant that can promote wellness in various ways. Tea has been a significant part of many cultures over the centuries and Robin

believes the time is ripe for tea to become a more significant part of our culture as well.

A life-long student, she will soon be enrolled in the Florida School of Holistic Living to begin a 2-year course of study in Herbalism and Ayurvedic Medicine.  She believes herbs, flowers, and plants bring their own respective healing properties to the world and the gifts of medicine and magic to humankind.
