Now more than ever, we crave ceremony and ritual in our lives as was the way of our ancestors..... if you feel the call, join us for Sacred Tea Ceremony. In Sisterhood we gather, sit together in sacred circles and sip tea in noble silence. 

Originally of Chinese lineage, this ancient meditative practice is known as "Cha Dao" or "The Way of Tea." It is a holistic experience which balances the physical, mental and spiritual body - with each round of bowl tea' we move deeper into stillness. It opens the heart and awakens in us a sense of mindful presence and connection. Tea; The Great Connector, connects us to nature, to the elements, to ourselves and to each other. 

We sip 'Living Tea' (Pu’erh)....a dark, aged healing tea which comes from wild, old growth trees that are sustainably grown by farmers whose families have been harvesting this plant for many generations. They know and understand the spirit and healing power of this plant medicine. 

After the Ceremony, the circle is opened for sharing, comments and reflections.
