About the Event
Join us for an Introduction to Daughters of the Red Tent!
Daughters of the Red Tent will aid in teaching our young ladies from 10-17-year-olds to navigate their times of transformation with love, care, and empowerment. It will create a safe space to help and give them tools to better avoid the isolation, confusion & shame that can come up during puberty.
In this introductory gathering for teens and their guardians/mothers, some things we’ll touch on are: tapping into the energy of this moon phase, your astrology associated with this month and what to expect in upcoming events.
Some things we’ll be touching on overtime will be:
🌺 Menstrual Cycles
🌺 Honoring Your Body
🌺 Moon Phases & How To Work With Them
🌺 Astrology & Our Horoscopes
🌺 Conscious Relationships (VS Toxic)
🌺 And So, So Much More!
What you will need to make the most of this experience:
🌸 The mom/guardian or approval for her to be on zoom alone with the sisters
🌸 The 10-17-year-old daughter, niece, friend, little sister & their friends with you
🌸 A quiet room where you will not be bothered for 1 hour
🌸 A pen/pencil & notebook
🌸 Water! It’s good to stay hydrated!
🌸 Listening ears! We want you to have the best experience possible!
🌸 Good vibes, and good intentions! We want this experience to be awesome for everyone!
