About the Event
In this workshop, we invite you to experience curiosity, vulnerability, and Human connection. In this workshop, we will practice building a bridge of shared understanding. Creating a culture where we can deeply listen to one another and get each other’s world.
The world today can seem polarized, we want to create an experience of deep listening and Human connection. How do we listen to one another with curiosity and compassion so we feel gotten and connected on a deeper level? And how can we bring that out into the world? Together, we will leave judgments behind and, with an open mind, embrace the possibility for connection, empathy, and a shared understanding between each other and ourselves.

The games we will play in this workshop will be an exploration of our relationship to curiosity, vulnerability, and connection.
This workshop will be highly experiential, consisting of individual, paired, and group exercises that explore ways of seeing, connecting, appreciating yourself, and others at a deeper level.
Who is going to be leading this class? Claudia Alarcon has over ten years of experience working with executives and businesses as a Co-Active Coach and an Agile Coaching consultant. She specializes in organizational and cultural transformation, emotional intelligence in the workplace, relational intelligence, conscious leadership, and improving team dynamics.
She is passionate about bringing Authentic Relating practices into organizations to help them create amazing places to work along with cultures of connection, inspiration, trust, transparency and true purpose. She volunteers with the Realness Project, a non-profit organization that teaches Authentic Relating and communication skills to men and women in prison.
Claudia is also inspired and loves to geek out about Integral Theory, spiral dynamics, developmental psychology, philosophy of consciousness, Burning Man, virtual reality, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
