“I Love You, Me”

 In a world of social media we give too much emphasis on external looks and we forget that beauty truly comes from within.  Because of this we look at ourselves as not enough.  Not beautiful enough, not tall enough,  not skinny enough,  not popular enough, and so on.  

In this class we are going to take a journey within ourself and see ourselves as the beautiful pearls we truly are. 

Confidence starts from inside of us.  Not by how others see us, but by how we see ourselves.     As the month of love is approaching,  we will take this month to learn to love ourself!    

For this class you will need:
