Dear Body: I Love You. A Virgo New Moon Circle

Come gather to honor the earthy energy of the new moon in Virgo under the Red Tent.

The new moon in Virgo will peak on Saturday, August 27th.

The earthy sign of Virgo is detail-oriented, service-minded, and has an inherent love of excellence in all strivings. This is a great time to commit to personal goals that take care of the details of our day-to-day lives.

The theme of Virgo's new moon is about physical wellbeing, enhancement, and achieving our goals while honoring our needs.

During this new moon circle, we will focus on the body:

🌚 You will journal to discover the ways you might not be honoring yourself

🌚 You will connect to your body and discover what your body is asking for

🌚 You will walk away with a self-care plan that honors your body and needs

🌚  You will experience a body acceptance meditation that will fill your body with the love it may be seeking

🌚 You will experience a Kali Natha Yoga Practice tailored to the body by sister Molly

How to prepare for the evening: 

☥ Items to open sacred space: Palo santo, sage, rose water etc.   

☥ Have your journal and pen with you. 

☥ Dress comfortably, preferably in red. 

☥ Prepare your red tent space. Find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. If you have a designated space for the Red Tent circles, Decorate it with Red Fabrics. Use a red cloth for your altar.  

☥ Have your favorite drink or tea of choice and Red Tent cup ready ;)

If you are participating in person, bring something to eat to share, along with your journal and a pen. 

The new moon circles intend to provide a sacred space to let go of worries, tension, and patterns that do not support you, helping you to connect with your divine feminine energy to begin the new lunar cycle fresh, clear, empowered, and in alignment with nature.
