Leslo can attest this had been beneficial in her memoir writing work and healing her own inner child. 

Both her parents passed in 2017 suddenly from one second to the next. They were there one second and gone the next. I now channel them in my writing and it has helped me heal my inner child and my writing. Ready to do the same for yourself?
